Bert Hellinger
According to Bert Hellinger, the Systemic law of balance between giving and receiving is key in all of our relations.
For us to feel free – not debtors – we need to be conscious of making a fair exchange, or the following could happen:
1- An unconscious desire of tarnish the other’s image, so that it diminishes them causing both to be at a lower level;
2- Quitting the relationship in order to soften the inner feelings of the debtor;
3- Cultivating a discourse of all practical purposes of gratitude.
In a healthy and conscious relationship, it is important that both parties feel peace and justice in the trade. Balance comes, when both, give and receive, in fair proportion to the knowledge that has been exchanged.
